A classic pair of supremely lovely quality, lustrous vintage Saltwater Cultured Pearl earrings. With a cool, creamy shimmer which lights up the skin, the 7mm Pearls would have at the time taken a couple of years to grow, thickly nacred as they are (many, many layers of the precious Aragonite and Conchiolin secreted by the Oyster). Originally retailed by the famous CIRO Pearls, they are set on sturdy 9ct White Gold fittings and they date to the 1930's or so.
