Circa 1860's, an opulent and romantic pairing of matching locket and earrings in a summery combination of pale peach Coral, twinkling Diamonds and sky blue enamel capturing the magical allure of sand, sky and sea. In an archaeological revival mood, jewels such as this were inspired by those of ancient cultures which had been found in excavations and seen in museums across the Continent. The midnight stars are incised to the central dome and set with miniature antique rose-cut Diamonds which glitter nicely against the deep sky blue of the enamel. The pale peachy Corals are likely of Japanese origin and finely framed by a beaded edging, all lovely quality as the whole is crafted in rich 18ct Yellow Gold and feels substantial, with the locket section to the back of the pendant easily removable to place your own precious mementoes.

Presented on a gauzy peach hued Silk ribbon, the locket measures an inch across and the earrings, which sit just on the earlobe 1cm across.

Please note a small repair to the enamel on one of the earrings as seen in image.... there is also one replacement Coral cabochon.
